During checkout, our website shows the available delivery methods for your destination, the price, and the estimated delivery time in working days. Working days do not include Saturdays or Sundays, or any Public Holiday in the UK or the country of destination.
Estimated delivery days are the number of days our delivery partners aim to deliver by but are not guaranteed.
While specific estimates are quoted at checkout, these are broadly in line with the following guidelines:

In all cases, exceptions exist for remote areas and delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates to help you plan your orders, but we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times because of factors outside our control.
Next day delivery - UK only
Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the next day, and orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day.
For Friday orders:
- Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.
- Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note that orders will require a signature upon delivery. Dispatch times may vary during busy trading times.
Additional delivery information
Shipment dates are estimates with which our couriers work to achieve. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e., severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
Remote areas are subject to an additional 1-2 days. In the UK, this includes but is not limited to Aberdeen, Shetland and Orkney, Oban Depot, Scottish Highlands and Western Isles, Inverness Depot, BFPO, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
We are unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes.
Next day delivery - UK only
Please allow one additional working day for delivery to Northern Ireland.
Please allow 1-2 additional working days for any security validation and delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.

Dear People,
Do not believe in JellyCat delivery info.
It is more than one month since Apr 10 that my coffe-to-go bag has not delivered yet. Although the delivery time was Apr 17. The tracking website does not show any updates, and seems that it is lost somewhere. I emailed to Assistant in JellyCat. There was no support although they said they assure me that they will investigate it.
